Would like to target enterprise level background - Must have experience with .Net (backend of the stack) - Must be able to scale existing distributed systems / must be able design data structures - Must be able to implement ideas and troubleshoot to get to an optimize solution – want to see how they think through issues - Cloud experience would be a plus - Kafka / elastic search would be a plus Collaborative environment so strong communication skills are desired / must also be hands on Open to all industries / no additional education needed beyond C.S. degree Interview process for local candidates: Will be multiple rounds, first round will be a technical zoom interview with an engineer on his team.
