Submission Deadline: 5/24/2019 04:00:00 PM EDT Start Date: 6/4/2019 End Date: 6/30/2021 Client: Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) Description: Service(s) to be Provided: The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (“Department” or “DHSMV”), Division of Information Systems Administration (ISA) is seeking Information Technology (IT) consulting services. The chosen vendor must be a Cisco Gold Partner capable of providing consultants with expert level network engineer experience. The chosen vendor will work directly with the Departments Network Services team. Services provided by the vendor will include, but not limited to providing ongoing support for the Departments Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) and remote access platforms. Vendor will take a senior technical role in problem resolution of critical network incidents, senior technical role for modernizing existing network infrastructure as well as senior technical role for network architectural design and/or redesign. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, for ongoing enhancements and support to the network environment. The State of Florida, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (hereinafter “DHSMV” or “Department”), issues this Request for Quote (hereinafter “RFQ”) to vendors awarded under Alternate Contract Source (ACS) No. 252-GSA Schedule 70, Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services, for the purposes of obtaining quotes related to the project described herein. Vendors must be registered with the General Services Administration (GSA) as “Cooperative Purchasing” vendors and shall only provide quotes in accordance with the services and pricing for which it is approved to offer by the GSA under the following Special Item Number (SIN): Category 132-51, Information Technology Professional Services Pricing proposed by the Vendor for the deliverables specified in this RFQ shall not exceed the Vendors GSA-approved rates. In the event there is a conflict between the terms of the resulting contract and the terms of ACS No. 252-GSA Schedule 70, the Department shall determine which provision(s) shall govern. Note: Use of an RFQ does not constitute a decision or intended decision that is subject to protest under subsection 120.57(3), Florida Statutes (Fla. Stat.).
