Provides technical support to project team members. Designs and implements the components required for complex IT infrastructure features. Generally manages a group of systems analysts, developers, and technical support specialists. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Professional certification is highly desirable. Project Manager capabilities with 11 or more years of experience. Capable of managing a project with up to ten (10) or more staff and/or a project with multiple subprojects. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background with IT security and a strong understanding of technical infrastructure. This resource will be working on a number of complex enterprise infrastructure and IT security projects that will affect agencies across the state.
