Mandatory: - At least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, or implementing IT-related training projects - At least 2 years of experience managing an enterprise learning program - At least 2 years of experience working within a highly matrixed organization - At least 1 year of experience updating and managing IT training environments - At least 1 year of experience working with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) software Preferred: - At least 2 years of PeopleSoft experience - Instructional design certification - Working knowledge of media technology, instructional design theory, and best practices in online education, learning theory, instruction delivery models, technology tools, technology infrastructure, quality control, and metrics - Excellent project management skills and experience with project processes and procedures, as well as documentation and reporting - Experience with report creation, web design, and web-based content management tools - Experience integrating and administering social learning and development solutions with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) - Experience administering and providing support for virtual classrooms or virtual labs - Bachelors degree, with a concentration in instructional technologies, instructional design, organizational training, corporate education, or equivalent; masters degree is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
