This position is responsible to provide the design, development, system integration, deployment and problem resolution for complex Identity and Access Management systems. Responsibilities Include: Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to understand goals, determine requirements, design and implement solutions to meet business objectives, IT strategic initiatives, corporate and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance, develop design documents, perform product installation, upgrades and certification, implementation plan, deployment and troubleshooting. Create and execute development plans, manage and prioritize tasks, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Support the security risk assessment of applications and infrastructure; including remediation of incident response, vulnerability analysis and threat intelligence. Coordination with Operations team for the design, build and production readiness of IAM solutions supporting mission critical production environments and applications. Coordination with Information Security team to ensure solution assurance and compliance to security policy, provisioning, procedures, standards and baseline security configurations. Ensure decisions around IAM solutions are made and deviations from standards are properly identified, addressed and communicated. Stay current with developing technologies, emerging threat landscape and predict impact of changing technologies. Provide effective written and oral communication at all levels of management, peers and customers. Communicate effectively with clients to identify business needs, development efforts and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies. Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent experience. 10 years of relevant experience in Information Security and Software Development. 7+ years of experience with planning, design and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions, including user authentication and authorization, access certification, role based access control, compliance, federated identity and single sign-on, directory services. 5+ years of experience with the design, installation, administration, integration, deployment and provisioning of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Oracle Identity Manager. Experience with the design, configuration and implementation of LDAP directory services (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, IBM Tivoli, Oracle). Experience with Java, Javescript, J2EE, XML, Eclipse, SQL, Tomcat and Weblogic. Strong verbal and written communications skills required; including development of detailed solution designs, implementation and support documentation. Preferred Skills: CISSP; CISSP-ISSEP certification preferred. Other relevant security certifications will be considered. Experience in the financial services industry. Must be able to effectively perform both independently and collaboratively as a strong team contributor.
