Required work includes, but is not limited to, development of solutions and technical architectures, project chartering, work planning, budgeting, developing product specifications, conducting bid solicitations, analyzing requirements, performing market research, and facilitating cross-functional workgroups. Required Skills: A broad range of experience in planning, designing, and implementing IT application and/or infrastructure projects is required. Specific skills and experience in architecting and implementing large scale identity and access management systems are crucial. Candidate must have applicable technical experience with n-tier application architectures, SAML V2, reverse proxies, directory synchronization, identity vaults, role based authentication, identity reconciliation, levels of assurance, LDAP, NSTIC, and other advanced IAM topics. Experience with competitive bidding processes, including development of bid solicitations, evaluating vendors, and defining technical specifications is highly desirable. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to facilitate cross-functional workgroups to produce shared deliverables.
