This includes all formatting of layout (e.g., titles, images, etc. not overlapping), fix resolution with images, same font, size, and spacing, etc. are consistent as in originals. • Skin Editor (course navigation controls) for: • Slide manually advance by user • Text to Speech – all narrative in “notes” are converted to audio voice over in English and Spanish for all slides. Use voice preference indicated. • Include/enable Closed Captioning feature appropriately • Corrects occasional typographical errors or changes needed (e.g., added comma) for text to voice readability. • Quiz/Knowledge – to allow for True/False, Select one, Multiple Answers/All that Apply as in originals. Includes proper introduction to the knowledge checks and instructions. Results set up, with scoring at 80% for passing. Answers provided for user with correct selection. For incorrect answers, answers not provided and allow retake for passing. 80% passing required for each module completion and advance to the following module (in sequence). (SCORM publish settings are in guidance document provided). • Upon completion of entire set of modules, allow certificate to be generated for the user in SABA. • Media inserted (including video, audio and some editing) as YouTube links or recommended format(s) and are in full screen view (for visually impaired). Formatting is good. Upon slide advance, auto play media files. • Testing by reviewers to access by using link outside the LMS (vs. providing SCORM file). Show publication successful and working as designed • Works with UDOH SABA consultant as needed • Files saved as SCORM files with the appropriate publishing settings and parameters for SCORM files for SABA as requested or indicated in the instruction document. • Import Captivate product/SCORM file into SABA.
