Specific activities to be performed include but are not limited to: • Establish and maintain a project plan inclusive of all resources and activities necessary to successfully complete the LMS implementation. • Assign and manage work streams to appropriate individuals and sub-teams, to ensure delivery consistent with project plan requirements. • Oversee project execution tasks to ensure project execution is per plan, and to monitor progress. • Work with team members to understand progress and constraints; assisting with workable solutions to maintain project progress • Produce accurate weekly status reports for both internal (project) and client review • Conduct weekly status meetings with client to report on progress, resolve issues, and ensure awareness of appropriate stakeholders • Conduct status meetings with project staff to maintain awareness of goals and progress • Utilize effective communication and facilitation skills to reach consensus among stakeholders in the identification and resolution of issues and risks which could impede successful project completion. • Deliver clear, specific, and respectful oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members and management • Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff LMS Project Manager integrate data, any LMS project experience corner stone - LMS but any is fine mix of technical/functional 75/25 no development - need project management skills waterfall* Digital gov applications saba cloud POPULAR address: onsite* right near LaGuardia skype or onsite* 2 step meet with customer onsite second step company - state/local gov.
