Duties include working with a team of NC FAST content developers, tasked to design and deliver virtual interactive webinars, web-based and in-person training to both external Social Services agency and internal state staff, and ensuring appropriate and timely functionality of the LMS in the areas of registration, notification, administration of training, operations, assessment, reporting and resource management. In addition to LMS Administration responsibilities, this position may participate in development and delivery of training content to ensure deadlines are met.
