In addition the analyst will also provide customer support for the Unified Communications 2013 O365 Hybrid environment, Anti-virus/Anti-spam, MailMan distribution list and Encryption services. As a tier 2 operations analyst, this individual will be responsible for the daily operational support and processing of incidents and service requests by leveraging the organizations service operations ITIL-based process library. This position will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through incident resolution and all levels of government. Required Skills: * A minimum of 8 years of direct experience in Microsoft Exchange with a demonstrated concentration in email and archiving enterprise class systems. Extensive experience managing, and maintaining an enterprise level, mission critical e-mail and archiving system. High level administrative and solution experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions dealing with Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint experience as well as operational responsibilities for an e-mail, email archiving and calendaring service is required. Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills within a business and technical context. * Must be experienced in writing and using PowerShell scripts in Exchange 2010 and 2013.
