Job Description Developer: Oracle R12.1, Ledger, Workflow,

Description:

Client is seeking a Senior Level Oracle Developer with both technical and functional expertise, to provide short term staff augmentation to remediate a custom General Ledger approval Workflow issue. The candidate will interact with staff and management from DTS and the Department of Management and Finance (DMF). This position will also work with DTS Management, who will coordinate any testing or implementation with Oracle on Demand Cloud Services

The individual will participate in testing and implementation of the solution. Additionally the solution must be fully documented to support DTS application change control standards and for knowledge transition to the DTS and DMF support teams. The individual must possess a strong technical understanding of Oracle R12.1 General Ledger Workflow, understand integration between general ledger and Oracle sub ledgers, and be able to effectively knowledge transfer all aspects of the solution designed for this engagement.

* Exceptional Communication Skills (for interaction/debriefing with senior leadership)

* Troubleshooting / Fixing General Ledger/Sub-Ledger Workflows
* Troubleshooting / Fixing Journal Approvals
