PROJECT OVERVIEW

Project Purpose and Objective

DHS has the following needs:

1. Normalizing DEV, TEST, UAT AND PROD INSTANCES of SNOW

2. Creating the Data Model/Structure within SNOW

3. Developing the following:

a. Client Sign-in/Account Registration and importing current Accounts into the new model.

b. Client Portal using Service Now CSM

c. Services Portal using Agent Workspace

d. Vendor Portal using CSM.

4. Configuring various Virtual Agents to handle questions and provide updates both internally and externally across multiple programs.

5. Integrate ServiceNow with multiple tools including but not limited to: Forge Rock, Redhat, Box, IVR Systems, Mainframe Systems.

6. Assist with Architecture development, documentation and cross-platform design discussions in addition to discussions with various partners assisting DHS during this time.

it is in the middle of a three-year technology support systems overhaul. DHS is requesting a Team of Senior Service Now Developers as well as additional support staff be provided to configure and install the portals. They will also be responsible for providing technical assistance, workflow development, software configuration, customization, and web service integrations. This will include screen prototyping, providing administration, application development, maintenance, training, directing internal staff and technical support.

The vendor must have experience with configuring Service Now CSM module, Virtual Assistants and integrating with telecom platforms and IVR systems.

Vendors must have experience with Service Now CSM product and have Integrated ServiceNow with third party products (preferably, ForgeRock, BOX, Red Hat, and Lexis Nexis). Is a Preferred Partner with Service Now and have history working as a product influencer.

The responders to this SOW will need to present a team model that will support the various activities described within this document. There will be a need for a team that is flexible as deliverables will be concurrent in at least 3 areas.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

Deliverables:

1. Normalizing and installing SNOW across the Development, Test, User Acceptance Testing and Production Instances.

2. Creating the Data Model/Data Structure for TDHS within the SNOW instance of CSM

3. Creating a Client Sign-in/Account Registration and importing current Accounts from SNOW Relief Portal.

4. A Client Portal developed in Service Now to request and receive information from Box, LexisNexis, and back end on-premise applications and databases via Red Hat Fuse to ensure communication of all products in the development stack. The portal will include Program Application Development as well as Virtual Assistant development.

5. Delivery of a Services/Staff Portal developed in Agent Workspace with integration to Box, Forge Rock, LexisNexis, on-premise applications and databases.

6. Integration with Services/Staff Portal and Call Technology Platforms (i.e. IVR
