Part of its function is to generate forms. Currently MACSS uses DisplayWrite 370 to assemble forms and route them to a network printer. The Family Support Division – Child Support (FSD-CS) is converting its forms generation process from using DisplayWrite 370 to Adobe LiveCycle ES. ITSD has received training on the building of forms using LiveCycle and has built in Adobe all forms currently being generated from DisplayWrite 370. GOALS: Several LiveCycle orchestrations/sub-orchestrations have been developed and tested in a non-production environment. The purpose of this PAQ is to obtain consulting services to write and update LiveCycle orchestrations, error handling in LiveCycle and setting up LiveCycle in production and non-production environments. These activities would include, but are not limited to: * Modifying existing LiveCycle orchestrations * Writing new LiveCycle orchestrations * Setup and configuration of LiveCycle in production and non-production environments * Promotion/migration of LiveCycle forms and objects across production and non-production environments * Access to facilities may be limited or unavailable on Missouri State holidays and vendor staff shall not be scheduled to perform on-site activities/tasks on state holidays. Work may be performed off-site but must be agreed upon before work commences. There is an expectation that certain parts of the project will occur on-site. It is required that the Adobe LiveCycle resource(s) be on-site for a period of time during the setup and configuration of Adobe LiveCycle ES4 in production and non-production environments. In addition the Adobe LiveCycle resource will need to be on-site periodically while changing the Adobe MACSS Application to one that allows for the migration of several forms throughout the environments rather than the entire Application, as well as the building of and modification to Adobe LiveCycle orchestrations. The Adobe LiveCycle resource must be on-site for the mentoring of ITSD staff on the building of and modification to Adobe LiveCycle orchestrations and the error handling process in Adobe LiveCycle. We anticipate the mentoring to last for one to two weeks. The resource assigned to complete the code review related to the changes in MACSS for the project can be located on-site during code review process but does not have to be on-site the entire project. On-site resources will be located at 1621 E. Elm, Jefferson City, MO. * Assumptions must not be included in PAQ responses.
