Job Description Consultant: Enterprise Access Management, MAXIMO, SDLC, Agile Development Testing Data Manipulat

Description:

1. Must possess at least 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management - Maximo Upgrade, Maximo add ons, business application requirement gathering and Design mgmt.

2. Experience in end to end project delivery primarily for IBM Maximo 7.x upgrade.


3. Very strong in business communication in a multi stakeholder environment especially managing third party vendors, consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.

4. Strong understanding of the SDLC processes including agile development

5. Experience with electrical distribution and transmission for utility domain related business processes

6. Experience in integration design/testing for Maximo suite.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of current Maximo 7.x versions and Maximo spatial and other Add ons.

2. Report status and communicate risks to stakeholders

3. Ability to work both as a team member, or independently on complex tasks, to maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliver on commitments.

Secondary skills:

1. Experience with general data manipulation/automation with Maximo or database extract/translate/load tools.

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

Convert business requirements into technical requirements and act as an interface between end users and Maximo consultants

Work with Maximo technical lead and Maximo subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of various functionalities.

Create relevant artifacts related to development and testing.

Lead discussions regarding understanding of business processes and prepare functional and technical solutions

Ensure process compliance on Maximo development and testing processes.

Coordinate with the Interface team for various stages of testing.
