Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting, functionality, usability and accessibility. 4. Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font and accessibility guidelines. 5. Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools. 6. Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites. 7. Ensure compliance with DPI standards and procedures for web content platforms 8.
