Job Description : Overview: Position based in the Enterprise Master & Reference Data group within the Data Management Insights organization to support the buildout of the EPIC operational, governance and oversite processes. EPIC is the Enterprise Party Identification and Consolidation master system which currently provides the common unique id across all platforms for all entities or persons which interact with Wells Fargo & Co. The consultant will identify data anomalies and issues within the Enterprise Party MDM platform whether stemming from data sources or as a result of processing within MDM and ensure its consumption/provision layer has controlled/validated data. Responsibilities: Partnership with key DM&I programs including, but not limited to: eONE, Data Lake, Enterprise Data Governance and all Authorized Provisioning Points across the enterprise Assist with the creation of automated Data Quality Processing Create Data Profiling Routines Identify data issues with the platform and create high level remediation plans Partner with Tech teams during build, testing and release procedures Work with the Party Operations on data clean-up efforts Adhoc analysis and reporting Desired Qualifications Strong Data Quality and Data Profiling Experience with Teradata and Oracle databases Ability to create complex SQL queries Experience with Excel Working Knowledge of Informatica MDM or evaluate Must be comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment and strive to create efficiencies and effectiveness through process improvements This position requires extensive business knowledge of Customer, Vendor and Party data across Wells Fargo & Co. and have data analytic expertise to profile new target data before ingestion into MDM for processing as well as create routines to ensure the proper hygiene of data that is created in MDM meets requirements, is sustainable and fit for purpose.
