Job Description: Interface Developer Duties: The Interface Developer guest teammate is responsible for the design, development, testing, support and maintenance of application integration messaging infrastructure supporting mission critical clinical and business processes. The position requires deep understanding of HL7 messaging standards, CCD/C-CDA/IHE profiles, XDS.b/XDR, PIX/PDQ and enterprise level interface integration platforms (e.g. Rhapsody). The position is also responsible for building integration solutions using SOAP and RESTful Web Services, JDBC database connections using SQL and stored procedures, and vendor specified APIs. While following SDLC process, the Interface Developer works closely with teammates to understand and provide feedback on complex functional requirements, identify gaps and technical limitations, propose solutions and workarounds and formalize solutions in technical design documents, followed by coding, unit and integration testing Skills: 5+ years of healthcare integration experience * 3+ years of experience developing interfaces using Orion Health Rhapsody (5.X/6.X) * Rhapsody Associate Certification Required * Rhapsody Professional Certification Preferred * Experience developing with HL7 2.X interfaces (ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, MDM, DFT) * Experience developing JDBC interfaces * Experience with XDR Provide-and-Register * Experience with XDS.b interfaces / HIE interfacing * At least 1 project developing CCD/C-CDA interfaces * At least 1 project developing eMPI PIX/PDQ interfaces, NextGate preferred * Knowledge of DIRECT secure messaging preferred * Knowledge of GE Healthcare Objects API preferred * Knowledge of Cache DB integration preferred Education: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
