Position Summary: As the ECommerce Product Management Lead, you will develop and provide technical leadership for product management, and ecommerce search/navigation solutions using Endeca Experience Manager. You will work with a dedicated business, offshore development team and follow a Scrum process to develop e-commerce websites for companys corporation and various other brands owned by the company. Project Description: As a lead of the capability development team youll work on the product function of our global web platform built with STEP, Endeca Experience manager. This platform is the home for multiple websites for our global businesses including both informational and ecommerce solutions. Youll strive to continuously improve the platform and achieve our goals of a best-in-class web platform that: Meets the needs of multiple business with different go-to-market strategies Gives the business teams control over their sites without IT intervention Supports global businesses with multi-language support Promotes sharing of content between businesses Youll help to create new site features to improve the user experience while also taking ownership for the technical quality of the platform. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership for a team of offshore ecommerce developers to create and enhance our product capabilities using STEP, and Endeca Experience Manager hosted on a Magento enterprise platform Work with onsite counterpart to align and deliver on common goals Provide ongoing architectural guidance to ensure that the platform is stable, scalable and easy to maintain Follow Scrum process and participate in all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, retrospectives, planning, etc) ?Work closely with the business to deliver solutions Prepare technical strategies and proposals as part of delivering solution Test websites Implement / enhance release management process Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience of developing ecommerce web solutions with a significant product base and transaction volume 2+ years of experience of development using tools such as Sitecore, Insite, znode, Endeca, Endeca Experience Manager and Magento Enterprise Experience with web services development using C# on the Microsoft .NET platform Knowledge of HTML, JS Experience with A/B testing using Maxymizer Experience working with Scrum teams BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with Stibo STEP desirable.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
