We use IBM BPM in order to ensure a coordinated and compliant approval workflow for all new accounts. This BPM application is a key pillar of the Client Onboarding program. We are seeking a highly motivated developer to take technical leadership of the BPM work stream. Your work will directly affect the companys ability to increase assets & revenues. You will be the technical owner of the BPM solution, responsible for the overall design and architecture, mentoring of other team members, ensuring high code quality and coordinating with other teams to design clean integrations. Responsibilities Debugs application software, including log parsing and troubleshooting. Partners with various teams to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix issues that impact end-users. Analyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and sub systems. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or to reuse of existing code. May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance. May recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Remains current with new technologies. Obtains and evaluates information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration. Participates in software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation. Provides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems. Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts. Assists in preparing project plans using project management tools. Reviews test results; documents test activities, and records remedial actions. Ensures proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage. Experience and Skills: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related degree and three (5) years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience. Financial Services experience in operations or IT around client onboarding and maintenance processes a big plus. Must have experience with IBM Business Process Management or Lombardi Teamworks, WebSphere Application Server. Must be certified as an IBM BPM Developer BPM 7.x or BPM 8.x. Must have extensive experience in BPD modelling, Coaches and Integration Services. Preferred experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere Operational Decision Management, IBM Integration Designer, IBM Worklight.
