ACCOUNTABILITIES • Oversees one or more projects • Responsible for the daily activities of a large project team comprised of both internal and external resources • Projects generally impact multiple business units and multiple internal cross functional teams • Develops, executes and manages project plans - revises project plans based on ongoing assessments and to deliver project goals and objectives • Identifies and communicates project milestones, tasks and risks to internal partners, technology leadership and the project team • Accountable for the project(s) capital and expense budget(s) • Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects • Drives integrated planning and working sessions • Provides expertise and advice in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and problem resolution • Establishes liaisons and networks with the external community to keep abreast of innovations and advancements in technology • Leverages outside professional activities to broaden knowledge on developments in the field to improve project management practices and behaviors • Responsible for the delivery of excellence in quality and service levels QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • 5+ years of technology experience • Bachelors Degree or equivalent PREFERRED • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field • PMP Certification • Agile-ACP Certification • Scrum Certification • Agile Coach • Has expertise in multiple SDLC methodologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
