This role will provide manual testing to a Scrum team that will also include automation testing. · The quality analyst will design, write, and execute test cases to meet acceptance criteria for new functionality, enhancements, and defect repairs. · The quality analyst will also be responsible for identification of test data requirements, recording test results, and tracking defect status · Test plans will include functional quality testing, regression testing, application & user security testing, user acceptance testing, and work with the team on network load/performance testing. · The quality analyst will participate in defect resolution and retesting. Required Skills: · Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field · 5 to 8 years testing experience on client-server and web-based applications, or equivalent levels of related industry experience · Experience translating user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect resolutions into test cases · Demonstrated understanding of test plans, with attention to details and personal initiative to work through questions · Strong communication, documentation, planning and decision-making skills · Ability to build & maintain relationships, and actively collaborate with cross-functional team members and testers · Experience writing SQL to query and validate test results in a database Desired Skills: · Quality Assurance and/or Testing Certification · Experience with Agile\Scrum methodologies. · Experience using Microsoft TFS and MTM for test case development and management. · Experience testing web sites, windows applications, SAP, Voice Response systems, RFC web services, and batch processes · Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases · Background or interest in Agriculture   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
