This position prefers experience working with Single Sign On applications and knowledge of States NCID system for login. Required. • Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows. Required. • Demonstrated proficiency working with one or more databases - Oracle, MS SQL Server. • Experience developing SQL queries.
