Coordinate and meet with customer subject matter experts to elicit and gather requirements and understand the current business process. Review and extract pertinent requirements from existing documentation and identify any gaps. Identify and document impact of changes to existing business process and provide suggestions for improvement. Develop Business Process Description, Detail Functional Requirements, and other pertinent SDLC documentation as requested by the customer. Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities. 2 Years of experience with IBM Business Process Modeling tool. Experience in performing business process analysis and documenting business models. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated strong technical writing skills and must have the ability to design and write SDLC documents (Requirements, System Design Specifications, User documents) from existing or proposed systems. Must be highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio. Understanding or experience with mainframe and distributed computing environments. Ability to define business requirements to provide recommendations and solutions for complex problems. Proven background in business process reengineering and business/user requirements. Prior experience leading business process or user requirements in a large environment. Must be outgoing and comfortable with working with clients. Must be a self-starter and take responsibility for completing assignments on time. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
