This position will function as the liason between VITA and SAIC in VITAs roles as a Service Tower Supplier, working with internal Service providers for internal services (Application Integration Services, Project Management, etc) to design, implement, and operate processes to support the chargeback of VITA in-scope services using the ITFM toolset. Coordinate with all VITA internal Service providers to ensure the accuracy of VITAs billing information. Maintain a database of all services billed to prevent overbilling and duplicate billing. Normalize all bill data to ensure it conforms with ITFM requirements. Submit all required VITA bill data to ITFM prior to the 5th business day of each month. Single point of contact for resolution of billing data updates, billing inquiries, billing disputes, etc. Attend VITA Forum meetings. Attend ITFM Chargeback Draft meetings. Make recommendations to management for billing optimization. Generate and maintain reports for VITA Leadership on billing metrics such as accuracy Generate and maintain reports for VITA Leadership regarding service expenses, profit, loss, performance. Understand the key data transactions and reports, as applicable, used by the functions and businesses supported, being able to follow data flow and the systems basic principles as well as understanding the calculation of key fields and how they are used in reporting & analysis.
