Collaborate with US Business customers and the US IT Data Management team to enhance reporting and data access in support of the growing business strategy. Develop modify and maintain BusinessObjects reports and dashboards. Utilize Remedy and Teamtrack to submit and process access requests. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of Business Objects and resolve or escalate as appropriate. Collaborate with the US IT Data Management team to identify data discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunities in order to expand the capabilities of US IT data warehousing. Qualifications Required skills/experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. Strong customer service focus with the ability to professionally manage communications with a wide range of end users. 5+ years of IT or related experience 3+ years experience eliciting and documenting end user requirements for IT reporting systems 3+ years experience in Business Objects Web Intelligence report development 3+ years experience in MS Access, Word, Excel Superior analytical skills, be able to think through and research complex problems Manage multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to work independently in a changing business environment Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution Desirable skills/experience: Business Objects universe development experience Qlikview development experience Crystal Reports development experience Remedy end user experience Teamtrack end user experience Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
