Write and edit user training guides, user manuals and related documentation. Provide technical support and analysis for the CONNECTIONS / CCWIS project. Analyze and provide assistance in business process and redesign. Analyze management strategies and their effects on organizational operations. Analyze data transfer between Connections and the legacy systems and their impact on business process. Prepare ad hoc reports and write queries for customers and for project teams using Advanced MS Excel, Access, SQL tools. Mandatory Qualifications: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. (60 - 84 Months): Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. Preferred Qualifications: Sixty months of experience working in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environment supporting SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system in New York State, local district, or voluntary agency in New York State or another state. Sixty months of experience analyzing applications and command of the use of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL and application tools such as COGNOS 11 Analytics. Sixty months of experience working directly with users in a human services arena providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered. Sixty months of experience working with SACWIS / CCWIS related Data Warehouses designing and developing strategies and reports.
