MS Excel MS Office Inventory Management Analyst (Jobs in Columbus, OH)   Requirement id 64830 Job title Analyst Job location in Columbus, OH Skills required MS Excel, Vendor Management Experience, PeopleSoft Experience, MS Office Inventory Management Open Date 12-Oct-2017 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 4 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: MS Excel, Vendor Management Experience, PeopleSoft Experience, MS Office Inventory Management The selected candidate will perform the following duties: Works under occasional guidance of External Workforce Procurement Specialist and EWM Manager Coordinates and administers strategic procurement initiatives related to the Contingent Worker Program within the Vendor Management tool (Fieldglass) Support and provide recommendations when needed to the EWM team related to staff augmentation, contingent labor and professional services Oversees the delivery of the staff augmentation resources through relationship maintenance with all business units and contingent labor resource providers this includes but is not limited to: existing staff augmentation resources, new requisitions, supplier performance evaluations, contract negotiation, and initiatives pertaining to strategic business opportunities within Corporate Procurement Act as a liaison between the suppliers and internal stakeholders for contingent workers Responsible for supporting program activities and making recommendations to the EWM leads, as well as providing oversight for the delivery of contractual obligations through relationship maintenance across all business units Assists with the coordination of program resources, collecting business requirements and service levels required for the performance criteria, and assisting with initiatives pertaining to strategic business opportunities within Corporate Procurement Develop good working relationships with business units by attaining an overall understanding of operating procedures and priorities Serve as the liaison between and the primary point of contact for the program supplier, internal stakeholders and the External Workforce Management team Monitor and maintain contract supplier services for the Contingent Worker Program within Corporate Procurement Plan and coordinate intermediate-level procurement initiatives related to the Contingent Worker Program Serve as the liaison between and the primary point of contact for the program supplier, internal stakeholders, and Procurement Build and maintain strong relationships with all staffing agencies and suppliers Evaluate service performance, supplier quality and pricing structure are at an optimal level Support day-to-day program activities. Examples of such activities include: address operational and service-related issues & coordinate remediation of the underlying root cause with program supplier Run reports Manage program compliance Work with Accounts Payable on program invoice issues, while minimizing future invoice discrepancies by identification and correction of root cause Aid in aligning business unit objectives with the category management objectives Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for program users Required Skills and Experience: Fieldglass experience is a must in addition to workforce management, contractor temp labor management and strong MS Excel background with the ability to perform pivot tables and v-look ups. Must have previous experience with Fieldglass, PeopleSoft, and Peoplefluent (Clarity a plus) Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management or similar discipline, or Associates degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or VMS specifically Fieldglass if no degree 5 years of experience in staffing industry, external workforce, supply chain logistics, inventory management, contingent labor program or business administration Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel skills a plus i.e. Pivot tables, V-Lookups) Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be a self-starter who will proactively provide creative solutions to meet the program and business unit needs Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience:   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
