Description: The Project Analyst role will be responsible for overseeing and various tasks such as but not limited to capacity management, location strategy, QA metrics, and Finance. It is vital that this role has the background in analytics, metrics, reporting, finance, business strategies, and project management. Supports eight lines of businesses with approximately 1100 resources on/offshore: BPS: Business Payroll Services INNV: Innovation including BOT DCT QA (Digital Chanel Technologies): deliver digital experiences to every customer through various devices EBST QA (Enterprise Business Services Technology-middleware): application development organization and supports the application SDLC (release management, project management, business analysis, software development) TC (Test Coordination) QA: enables the delivery of compliant, timely, high-quality and cost effective technical solutions by providing centralized test strategy and coordination primarily for medium and high risk projects with significant Enterprise impacts. Data: for supplying all test data for the ET and IST environments, in accordance with conditions specified by QA Engineers ECT: Enterprise Contact Technologies, including IVR, CTI, MIS, and Cross Channel applications BRANCH/ATM: SVT, SVP, WebATM, and RDS . Required Qualification: A BS/BA degree or higher (Master preferred) 1-2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel 1-2+ years of project management or coordination experience 1-2+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting 1-2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting Ability to interface with all levels of management Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames Preferred Qualification: Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders Community banking experience Familiar with HP Quality Center ALM and Jira Understand the SDLC: Software Development Life Cycle Exposed to utilizing confluence site Responsibilities Uses independent judgment to perform complex analysis of various testing data and other data sets as needed.
