Information Security has a defined workflow for access approvals and access certifications. We also have an exception process for requests that fall out of the automation and must be handled manually. This position will be responsible for retrieving those requests, identifying the proper workflow, resubmitting with updated information, and providing tracking metrics to modify the processes. Additionally, the person will participate in planning sessions to enhance the work-flow automation and drive the exception process to zero. Resource will work with Internet Explorer, Chase Card Service proprietary applications, Microsoft Office tools, and some custom scripts. Ability to process large amounts of information and maintain a record of actions taken will be essential.
