The data WARS will use to operate is already being uploaded to Clients network via wireless controllers located in snow plow vehicles. * The WARS-development effort will focus on building a system that aids Client in understanding winter-maintenance material usage, resource tracking, reporting, and general snow-plow operations management statewide for the purpose of improving operational efficiency. * WARS will be configurable by the business unit to adapt to changing personnel, equipment and other assets (for example route names and milepost markers), and business processes. WARS will interface with Clients existing Maintenance Management System (TAMS). * Business Requirements have already been identified for this effort, and the selectee will work closely with the projects Business Analyst and identify others in the Client organization to ensure technical requirements and solution architecture are aligned with business needs. The selectee will report directly to the Client Project Manager. Required Skills: * Experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, technical-requirements and needs identification for enterprise-level IT projects. * Excellent communicator and collaborator. * MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Desired Skills: * Functional- and technical-leadership of teams, project management, and data-base architecture (DBA).
