Job Description : Digital Product Manager Supporting Digital Initiatives for Consumer Credit Location: San Francisco Bay Area The Digital Product Management team is responsible for the strategy and product management of new online and mobile functionality on wellsfargo.com. The Digital teams mission is to care for and connect with customers by creating innovative digital experiences that support them in meeting their financial goals. Product Managers contribute to that mission by: Partnering with business and technology teams to collaborate and identify opportunities to expand and enhance the digital servicing experience across device types (smartphone, tablet and online) to better meet the needs of our customers and the business, Delivering against a portfolio of initiatives that support core business drivers to reduce costs, increase revenue and deliver the One Wells Fargo experience Leveraging emerging and existing online and mobile capabilities to achieve successful outcomes for the enterprise and our customers This Digital Product Manager is responsible for the management of various online servicing functions supporting critical business objectives for the Consumer Lending businesses within Wells Fargo. The successful candidate will recommend opportunities for customer experience improvements, identify mobile and online banking industry trends, conduct market research to identify gaps in the product offering, and partner effectively with the line-of-business partners and the cross-functional team(s) to effectively deliver related projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities Include Partner with Digital, Line of Businesses and Technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and projects, achievement of business objectives and appropriate operational support and reporting. Develop business and market requirements to translate product vision into tangible project deliverables for the Technology, QA and Interactive Design teams to execute on. Partner with project management to move the project(s)/release(s) forward to reach key milestones. Recommend the customer experience and introduce new digital self-service functionality for the consumer lending customers, primarily focusing on personal and auto loan product lines. Provide product management support for new credit card products with key responsibilities in delivering capabilities within the secure online and mobile banking environments to ensure successful product introduction. Conduct primary or secondary research in the related industries (i.e. auto loan, mortgage, online and mobile banking) in order to drive project requirements and identify areas of opportunity for innovation. Help the team execute rapid changes to the online and mobile customer experience based on the project pipeline in coordination with the LOB. Qualifications: 5+ years of related business experience in digital product management, digital consulting, or product management in financial services. 5+ years developing business requirements and functional specifications working with cross-functional teams. Hands-on product management or product development experience with large enterprise online and/or mobile financial services or ecommerce applications. Excellent relationship, partnership and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and influence across an organization at multiple levels to drive decision making and broker agreements among diverse, differing, competing and/or conflictin   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
