Comprehensive analytical skills and the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively. Tracking of large purchases through the procurement stages by capturing current statues on a Kanban board and preparing various reports. Oversees a wide range of administrative and technical functions necessary for effective office management. Independently performs all administrative and fiscal tasks with accuracy. Soft Skills: Promoting good customer service to internal & external customers, comprehensive analytical skills (Excel, MS Word) are required.
