Analytical Ability Perform highly complex analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met. Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and system design specifications which guide application development efforts, working closely with the Development team and Business teams to ensure successful implementation. Initiates, designs or modifies highly complex systems and procedures where standardized policies or procedures may or may not exist. Creates highly technical specifications for systems with broad impact at a campus / medical center / OP or within a large organization. May lead cross-functional teams to address complex business or systems issues. Testing ability Develops unit integration and acceptance testing plans and scenarios based on test scenarios and functional requirements. Conduct testing of scenarios to business requirements, sub-business processes and solution design documentation, i.e., utilize the technical impact analysis for user impacted processes/products to trace back test cases. Coordinate testing resource structure, scheduling and assignments; developing test plans, schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure testing coverage Facilitate alignment between QA/testing and other teams as needed, i.e., business process, solution architects, development, configuration, integration partners, and training. Develop and maintain user acceptance testing test plans and scripts. Provides advanced support and training on new or updated applications and processes. Reporting ability Search, identify, export and analyze data associated with ITSM processes as required for KPI, CSF, and Operational Metrics reporting, and develop, document and present trending information and reports related to this analysis to all stakeholders as applicable. Generate statistical, meaningful, actionable and consumable quality charts, and regular scorecard generation exposing core KPIs around Service Management quality.
