Lead weekly governance calls to ensure project status, issues and release updates are transparent Coordinating with the lines of business to track their upcoming projects and ensure they are committed and delivered on time. Responsible for managing client escalations and obtain resolution. Assist with the development of new concepts, processes, and standards. Manage Vendor Engagement through Task Orders (creation, changes, delivery signoff) Manage Vendor Fixed Capacity Bucket Manage weekly 1-N and release metrics Formulate Presentations for IT Operational Reviews, Executive Prioritization Board, Governance Meetings, and other executive presentations. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree 4+ years in IT Project Management strong facilitation and negotiation skills to help team be outcome focused Experience solving complex technical and process issues Strong writing and verbal communication skills; able to communicate across all levels of management Experience developing content for leadership and communicating program risks and dependencies Experience implementing continuous delivery Experience in data based performance management Experience driving operational and financial management and reporting, ability to design and solve for metrics across quality, productivity, user experience, innovation and cost.
