Description: Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Iteration/Release Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Iteration Review/Retrospective) * Delivery of Agile and Waterfall projects, which provide exceptional business value to users. * Responsible for managing numerous concurrent projects across the business. * Organize and lead project status and working meetings. * Drive project deliverables and decisions to completion. * Support Product owner in managing expectations for deliverables. Manage Stakeholder communications and assist in implement an effective system of project governance. * Deliver consistency of project management and reporting across all projects * Ensure all dependencies between projects are understood and managed * Clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders and subject matter experts * Promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encouraging a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team * Drive team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; and leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work * Additional duties may be assigned as required * Up to 30% travel required Education/Experience * Four-year college degree * 3 - 5 years of managing Telecom (voice, data, infrastructure) or IT projects * Professional certification in project management (preferred) * Certified Scrum Master (preferred) o Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and highly IT environment * Technical working knowledge of Telephony and Unified Communications. * Experience managing and deploying Cisco Unified Communications platform * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) * Proficiency in Rally (preferred) Skills * Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills is a must * Ability to multitask, ensuring that multiple projects are delivered against tight deadlines * Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and goals * Experience in interaction with all levels of internal customer to achieve project delivery * Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities * Excellent communication, management, problem solving and analytical skills * Ability to recognize issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to handle multiple input in a dynamic environment * Ability to work well on a team and individual basis * Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment * Energetic and outgoing personality   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
