Plan, oversee, conducts, and routinely report on IT Security risk assessments/analysis of the IT infrastructure and operations 2. Actively participate on assigned projects to help ensure secure solutions and services are procured, developed and implemented. 3. Support the IT Security Managers in developing risk and compliance management policies, processes, and procedures. 4. Plan, oversee, conduct, and routinely report on compliance activities to determine level of compliance with internal and external IT Security requirements. 5. Facilitate remediation plan processes by meeting with key stakeholders and managers to develop appropriate response action plans. 6. Maintain the IT Security Risk and Exception to Policy Registers through manual and automated tools, process and procedures. 7. Plan, oversee, conduct, and routinely report on IT Security vulnerability scanning and assessments to include remediation effort progress. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1. Advanced knowledge of IT Security theory/practices 2. Advanced knowledge of IT Risk theory/practices 3. Advanced knowledge of IT Compliance theory/practices 4. Advanced knowledge of IT Security frameworks 5. Knowledge of Third Party Security Risk Management 6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations 7. Knowledge of professional auditing principles 8. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure / Architecture 9. Knowledge of scanning and compliance tools 10. Ability to lead and coach others 11. Strong communication skills with ability to conceptualize. 12. Ability to work independently and lead teams. 13. Ability to use tools and techniques to gather data. 14. Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once. 15. Proficiency in MS Office, query reporting and GRC Tools 16. Time management skills. Preferred knowledge, skills, & abilities: 1. Business presentation skills 2. Leadership skills 3. Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST CSF and 800 series, ISO 27000 series, COBIT, etc. 4. Application development and database management (HIGHLY DESIRABLE) 5. CISA, CRISC certifications Relevant Experience: 1. At least 4 yrs. of IT Compliance, risk or auditing; 2 of which MUST include experience conducting audits/risk/compliance assessments. 2. Current CISM or equivalent/higher level information Security certification 3. 1 or more relevant technical certification Education: 1. High School Diploma 2. Associate / Technical degree OR 2 yrs. relevant experience OR a combination of both college and experience equivalent to 2 years Certifications: 1. CISM 2.
