The incumbent will work directly with stakeholders and teammates to implement, support, and integrate technology solutions into diverse business environments. Duties include daily maintenance, potential on-call support, administration duties, support, and troubleshooting of ERP systems. Other duties may include documentation and operational support, application support activities, and additional duties as needed in support of the senior IT staff and business users. These analysts work closely with their business to ensure master data is submitted properly to support interfaces. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in a related field required CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:None WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Finance or IT Human Resources Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems Strong MS Office product capabilities including Visio KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Ø Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis Ø Active Listening with Written and Oral Communication Ø Common Understanding of the SDLC model Ø Analytical with Attention to Details Ø Interpersonal and Relationship-building Ø Mental Agility and Flexible to Change ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1.Gather, and document detailed business requirements and processes for projects throughout the project lifecycle. 2.Gather and document requirements and data for ERP reports in accordance with data governance policies 3.Work with business teams to develop testing strategies, test cases and use cases. 4.Work with team to test ERP functionality 5.Work with team to infuse quality standards and validation into the solution. 6.Use provided data and stakeholders to solve user needs 7.Provide consistent status reports to the Project Manager and Executive Director, Information Technology 8.Contribute to a supportive work environment, team cohesiveness and embody the districts norms   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
