Project one will involve installs at the Childrens hospital and project 2 will require basic desktop skills. Please read carefully. Position Type 1: Install team for Childrens Hospital 4 openings - 6 months. Install equipment for the new client Childrens Hospital before the end of October. Resource will need a technical background but will report to a lead. Install instructions will be provided - Desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and other peripheral medical devices. Basic troubleshooting required, complex issues will be escalated to a lead. Duties: Hardware installation of desktop workstations and laptops in a large Enterprise Domain environment Image new Dell/Cybernet workstation with Windows 7 64-Bit Professional via SCCM OSD A/V system testing Migration of user profile data Cable Management Software deployment via SCCM packages and manual install Deliver consistent IT service to our end users End user onsite training for new operating system and software Details tracked in IT ticketing system for billing and documentation purposes Requirements: Windows 7 Microsoft Office Suite 2013 1-3 years of desktop support experience Able to lift equipment Preferences: Health Care IT Experience Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Skype for Business Experience A/V setup/configuration Experience Project 2: Desktop support for client: 2 positions - 4 months Candidate will possess basic desktop support skills: Desktop/Laptop support, Office, Outlook, Printers, network connectivity, basic Active Directory troubleshooting.
