While requirements may vary, work is generally expected to be completed remotely, between the hours of 8am – 5pm EST hours We are looking for Technical Business Analyst with about five years of experience to support multiple projects related to implementation, testing and roll out of a fully featured budgeting and planning software with multiple modules for operating, salaries, capital performance and transparency/visualization as well as financial planning, audit and workflow process initiatives. Responsibilities Effectively works well with team and provides results to manager Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills Designs and maintains requirements, devise technical documentation and communicates findings effectively Execute financial reports and models regularly Establish and maintain internal controls and best practices Monitor and analyze key accounting processes such as AP, AR, Revenue and Expense Works with team to set up and support the implementation of ERP and workflow process and other projects Instill an ideal culture of continuous process improvement Collaborate with team and JUD departments on a daily basis and analyze budgets and communicate financial opportunities Collaborate with team to ensure timely start up, delivery, and close out of projects and reports Perform regular review of data to analyze budget and actual to help decision makers Identify and address areas for improvement in workflow, process, and systems to increase productivity, efficiencies and to control project Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning Develops and modifies complex information, facilitates delivery of technical business solutions and creates project risk assessment Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office Bachelors Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field. Minimum 3 years of project management or IT Management.
