Required Skills and Experience Qualifications • 7+ years in managing application development projects, including medium to large scale deployments • 3+ years in managing agile projects • PMP (Project Management Professional ® Certification) • Agile Certification (Scrum Master) • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college/university • Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization • Experience in business and solution development, project management, and project delivery • Strong understanding of the system development life cycle • Experience working with vendors/partners to deliver projects • Experience developing complex, project plans to meet business objectives • Proven experience in project change management • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint Preferred Education, Experience, Skills • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification • 3+ years in managing vendor contracts and deliverables • Masters Degree from an accredited college/university (MBA, Information Systems or Computer Science) • Experience developing and managing large project budgets • 2 years of direct people management experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
