B. Proposed Candidate Qualifications - Candidate must demonstrate the following qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years recent experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 database design, query optimization, troubleshooting, stored procedure development, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler. Experience to include a minimum of 5 years developing production web applications and web services with managed code (ASP.net, C# required) MVC experience a plus. • High level of proficiency with ASP.net, 4.0 using C#, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XSLT, REST/WCF, XML/DOM, XSLT, SSL/Client Certificate experience, scheduled tasks. • Demonstrated experience in object-oriented design, development, implementation and support of object/relational database systems, web application design and development, user interface design and systems documentation. • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Visual Studio/TFS, IIS 6+. • Passion for quality, demonstrated by a high level of experience in unit/integration test automation. • Ability to understand high-level architecture and design content and how it relates to implementation and employment. • Excellent knowledge of and experience in using common design patterns combined with the ability to scope the solution to the problem set. • Excellent ability to develop solutions which integrate various distributed systems, services and products. • Excellent time and priority management ability. • Excellent problem-solving/analytical abilities for creating software solutions and diagnosing software issues. • Ability to implement complex application development projects from beginning to end. • Extensive experience with large multi-generational code base. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. C. Interview The top scoring candidates of interest will be selected for interviews based on the evaluation criteria and weighting herein.
