Essential Functions Build and deliver software solutions that demonstrably provide business value while supporting the right blend of people, process, and technology Develop, support and maintain application software, including front-end, business layer, data layer and systems integrations Follow modern development best practices with a focus on technical rigor that directly supports business functions Promote and adhere to the definition of done in all solutions Stay current in new technologies, identifying and advocating for the targeted use of emergent technologies Partner and collaborate with Project Management and Business Analysis teams to align on business requirements and delivery expectations Collaborate with QA team to develop test plans and re-mediate issues discovered Ensure as-built technical documentation is captured Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical Skills Experience with C# and SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016 Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, and Angular Familiarity with writing unit tests Demonstrated familiarity with the “culture of DevOps” Understanding of enterprise design patterns and practices Experience or familiarity with the Pick/Universe technology stack is a huge plus Microsoft development and database certifications a plus Education & Experience Requirements 4+ years in a hands-on web application development role Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience Health insurance industry and/or regulation driven (HIPAA, PHI, PII, etc.) development experience a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
