Complete Description: The client would like to switch the current dashboard development environment from python to PHP. The developer will also need to make some minor changes to the code that extracts data from Agencys vendor system (Foothold Technologys AWARDS system) and displays it on clients public website. The developer is to work with HMIS staff and the IT Division in following the System Development Methodology/Project Process, change management practices, and producing the required documentation during the development process for analysis and approval and for ongoing use to support the 2 web sites. The NJ HMIS Collaborative website includes an automated process to capture providers contact information and disseminate information about trainings, application down time, software or system changes and updates.
