Works under direction of IT management to deploy/configure servers, and provide continuing support and maintenance. Responds to Division help tickets and participates in IT project plans as junior administrator and/or systems engineer. Requires a wide set of skills, including but not limited to: User Account and Mailbox administration, Windows server administration, TCP/IP networking components, and VMware resource management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: X Support and Maintain an enterprise VMware vSphere environment X Work Division IT tickets related to general infrastructure issues and requests X Participate in IT projects under direction of IT Management X Diagnose and solve technical issues, and perform on-going maintenance, on enterprise servers X Deploy and configure virtual servers, according to project specifications X Configure and support Division level user accounts and mailboxes X Assist with supporting a hybrid Exchange 2010/13 environment with On-Premises Mailboxes and Office 365 Archives X Assist Network Team in resolving network traffic and mailflow issues X Perform other IT related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS X Install, Configure, Support Windows Server OS X VMware vSphere and vCenter Administration X SAN Administration (Dell Compellent experience is a plus) X Configure and Support Exchange Server X Network Administration (DNS, DHCP, etc) X System Center Administration X Backup Solutions (Experience with Cloud-based backups is a plus) X General End-User workstation support experience X Sharepoint Administration experience is a plus X SQL Server Administration experience is a plus X Creative problem solving skills with strong troubleshooting skills X Self-starter with ability to frequently multi-task X Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written X Must be a United States Citizen EDUCATION Associate Degree in Information Technology and/or major industry-standard certifications applicable to knowledge & skills requirements EXPERIENCE 3-5 years supporting medium-sized or larger network (200+ users) with similar technologies Travel May require work/travel at another division, facility or office location up to 25% of the time   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
