The Project Coordinator/ Analyst will drive Service Delivery process improvement and issue resolution, develop Process Engineering, and conduct Business Analysis for IT DBHDD Managed Network Services (MNS) Enterprise wide. Assist with leading and developing the delivery and roll-out of highly successful, customized projects. Effective Oral and written communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with 30% travel required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx) Proficiency with SharePoint, Dashboards, and Business Process Management Project Management, Vendor Management, Process Engineering, Good interpersonal skills Great communication skills, Attention to detail, Productivity Tracking, Mapping and Reporting PREFERRED SKILLS Understanding of Mobile Device Management and Telecom Communications. Understanding of Audio Video Conferencing utilizing WebEx. Solid understanding of IT needs details the requirements and leads to developing and validating the solution.
