The scope of the product portfolio includes all patient facing applications such as web and mobile apps and self-service kiosks. The Product Owner will be responsible for designing the experience considering Voice of Customer and internal business stakeholders, and leading market and competitor experiences. They will synthesize all data points and develop their proposal that aligns with the Patient product strategy and best serves our customer while balancing Labcorp operational needs. They will seek to significantly advance our product. They will partner with the UX and engineering teams and translate the design into user stories. They will follow Agile principles and ceremonies in taking features to market. They will be KPI minded understanding and driving specific outcomes, and ensure all internal stakeholders are prepared to support the product launch.
