Change Management: o Record Changes, and following HP ITIL defined processes. o Participate in Peer Reviews o Document Implementation & Back out procedures. o Identify impact of changes, and assess risks Problem Management: o Perform a Root Cause Analysis of a Problem o Execute and follow agreed Action Plans. Request Management o Implement assigned requests. Qualification include: US Citizen with ability to be cleared for Federal Clients BS in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience 10+ years of IT Network experience for the 2 SR Engineers 5+ Years of Network experience for the 3 Engineers. Network Engineering & Operational Experience including: o F5 Load balancer, deployment, maintain, upgrade and engineering o Check Point Firewall (Required), includes: Management & deployment, including firewall design & implementation of rules, OS assessment & upgrades, etc. o Juniper Firewall (Required), includes: Management & deployment, including firewall design & implementation of rules, OS assessment & upgrades, etc. o CISCO Firewall (Optional), includes: Management & deployment, including firewall design & implementation of rules, OS assessment & upgrades, etc. CCNA, CCISP Certifications a Plus ITIL V3 experience (Incident, Change, and Problem) Analytical minded Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-Starter with ability to work with little direction IF YOUR CONTRACTOR IS SELECTED, THEY CANNOT START WORK UNTIL A WORK ORDER IS CREATED AND THEIR ORDER IS IN CONFIRMED STATUS.
