Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Has 5+ years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Required skills: Expert knowledge in Alteryx ETL, certification is preferable. Expert SQL skills using either SQL Server, Oracle or Postgres. Experience in performance tuning of databases and ETL code. nice to have: 1-2 years of Tableau dashboard development experience 1-2 years of Data modeling experience Experience in developing prototypes using open source or cloud based technologies (Micro-services, Apache Kafka, GoLang, Python) Responsibilities: Under broad direction and supervision, develops, maintains, and enhances client systems as well as designs and develops new features. Develops, maintains, enhances, and tests client systems of moderate to high complexity. Serves as the primary technical point of contact on client engagements of moderate to high complexity and of high value to the organization. Involved with the investigation and resolution of complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment. Under broad direction, designs and implements strategic partner integrations. Participates in the specification and design of new features at client or business request. Participates in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies. Develop and maintain prototypes and production code with amalgamation of new technologies in areas of data quality, data manipulation, data de-deduplication and KPI dashboard reporting Develop and support data integration and data quality initiatives (Alteryx, SQL, SSIS) Create or modify data models to support product requirements Assess and report impact of change requests with respect to data to product teams during requirement analysis phase.
