CTEDSS supports the reporting and case management of over 50 diseases and conditions that are reportable to CTDPH under state statute and the state Public Health Code. CTEDSS is based on the Maven application licensed from Consilience Software – a web-enabled, secure, highly configurable application. CTEDSS has been fully in production since 2011. The current version of Maven, 4.0.10, supporting CTEDSS is due to undergo a major upgrade (5.x version) starting mid-2015. CTEDSS is hosted at the Department of Administrative Services Bureau of Enterprise Services and Technology (BEST) that support the states data center. Staging and production environments for CTEDSS are hosted at BEST. CTDPH also supports a mirrored hosting environment for CTEDSS to support development, and in the future, system testing. • Demonstrated experience and mastery of business analysis concepts, practices and procedures. • Ability to plan and facilitate requirements gathering sessions. • Demonstrated ability to create well-articulated requirements documentation, with an emphasis on functional requirements, use cases (as needed), requirement traceability matrices, and the like. • Understanding and experience in developing test scripts and test scenarios based on gathered business requirements.
