Strong writing skills and the ability to draft resources to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as SOPs and job aids is essential. Good research skills. Instructional design and technical knowledge a must. This position will facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills are needed. DHB prefers experience with the following tools: Experience using Microsoft Office. This position will likely need to draft documents and slide decks to support content development. The candidate will need experience utilizing and maintaining SharePoint. Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Canva, Camtasia, Menti, etc. Interest in continual learning and continuous improvement. Must be professional, respectful, communicate clearly and often, and act with integrity in all interactions.
